My husband and I met Kathy at an open house. We started with a small house in Cortland but found some issues during the walk through. She was very gracious and friendly. We had some fairly niche asks that made finding a home pretty difficult, but she was very patient and accommodating. Big plus, we never felt like we missed the boat on an opportunity. If there was a house she felt matched our vibe, it was in my text messages asap. She was never pushy or tried to talk us into a house we didn’t want.
