She always made herself available and responded promptly when called. Even after closing on the property she has availed herself in making sure that everything is as it should be. I highly recommend Marla if you are looking for a realtor who is not only conscientious and competent but is also friendly and compassionate about her job.

She was very informative, caring, and took care of whatever paperwork was needed immediately. Also, she was available to contact whenever I needed to get a hold of her for the house that my wife and I purchased. She lets us know exactly what the history of the house and property was. We started with a small house in Cortland but found some issues during the walk through. She was very gracious and friendly. We had some fairly niche asks that made finding a home pretty difficult, but she was very patient and accommodating. Big plus, we never felt like we missed the boat on an opportunity. The photos and video presentation that she prepared for the online listing were amazing. She made sure to invest as much time that was necessary in working with me not only in answering my questions but also making sure that I understood each step of the process.
